This is based on teh successful concept of the DW 575/800. According to the mounted reflector, Fresnel lens, softbox or lantern, the lamp head becomes a fully-fledged Open Face, PAR or Soft lamp. Easily converted with one hand grip and without any tools. This innovative fixture convinces with its compact and solid design and offers maximum reliability even under extreme environmental conditions. Equipped with these attributes, it provides highest flexibility and is perfectly suited for all application ranges. This fixture can alternatively be operated with the weatherproof (IP43), mains supplied, electronic ballast units EWB 200 with automatic voltage switching from 90 V to 265 V 50/60 Hz or with the battery ballast unit BB 200 (24-30V). Proprietary power (and audio for cabless hook-up (some cameras), secondary audio XLR output, power by-pass switching, addition power tap outputs, snap on/off interface. Plus secondary wireless goldmount connections are some of the features. Lectro 400 Series Digital Hybrid Receivers simply slide out for use off camera with portable internal 9 volt power.

Ridiculously small - Outrageously smart. Simply called the SM (for "Super Mini"), this transmitter is truly big news for those who desier an incredibly high-powered, cost-effective, compandor-free wireless transmitter in a remarkably tiny and splash-proof package. When used in its native Digital Hybrid Wireless mode, the SM performs without the hindrance of an analog compandor or the headro limiting pre- and de-emphasis found in most analog systems. Delivering 107 dB signal-to-noise ratio and flat frequency response to 20 k, Lectronics patent-pending Digital Hybrid Wireless technology uses both 24-bit digital audio and analog FM signal transmission methods to encode a digital signal into a robust analog format for transmission over a UHF FM carrier. The SM's receiver captures the signal and circuitry recreates the original digital audio. This unique system represents the best of both wireless worlds: exceptional digital audio quality combined with spectrum efficiency and long range of highly-optimized FM wireless systems. Operating on a single AA battery, the Lectrosonics SM features 100mW of transmitting power, five compatibility (emulation) modes, and an LCD for easy frequency and audio level adjustment. The standard Lectrosonics TA5M five-pin input jack is wired to a newly developed audio input circuit allowing for an extremely wide dynamic range and is compatible with electret lavaliere mics, dynamic mics, and line level signals. While the SM's added RF power allows for extended range and greater resistance to interference, its frequency agility (256 channels) and compatibility modes provides increased operational flexibility and permits use with a variety of pre-existing analog receivers. The small, yet strong and splash-proof body of the SM - machined from a solid aluminum block for featherweight rigidity - is finished with the same non-corrosive material used on NASA interstellar vehicles. The finish resists the destructive effects of both salt water and perspiration. The single AA lithium battery provides over six hours of operation. The Lectrosonics SM is offered in the nine standard Lectrosonics frequency groups with 256 frequencies each. MSRP is $2,295.00 and is scheduled to be available in May 2005.
